Se ubica en medio de la Población Obrera de Playa Blanca, cercana a las ruinas de la Fundición de Plata Huanchaca y al Océano Pacífico, que a través de su arquitectura busca traspasar algunos aspectos que la fundación tiene como misión desarrollar ante la comunidad local, esto es promocionar una arquitectura basada en los sistemas espaciales y constructivos propios de la tradición de la arquitectura salitrera de origen inglés.

La Fundación de esta manera a través del mismo inmueble es capaz de mostrarse como la filosofía del mismo, reconociendo una arquitectura actual, pero que reincorpore los sistemas espaciales y/o constructivos del patrimonio local.
​
En su interior, los recintos de la Fundación se divide en dos ámbitos, en el 2° nivel se desarrolla la investigación, donde realizamos el trabajo previo y post a los viajes de exploración territorial, desde los aspectos logísticos, y fundamentalmente el desarrollo de los registros, los cuales son materializados en libros que cada dos o tres años salen a la luz, y en el 3° nivel se desarrolla el diseño arquitectónico, donde el sistema de trabajo es fundamentalmente los maquetas de trabajo, donde van apareciendo y dando forma al reconocimiento de los sistemas espaciales y/o constructivos de tradición local, que buscamos relevar en todos los proyectos que desarrollamos en nuestra fundación, como tambien todo el trabajo de los proyecyos de Puesta en Valor y restauración patrimonial.

​ It is located in the middle of the Working Population of Playa Blanca, close to the ruins of the Huanchaca Silver Smelter and the Pacific Ocean, which through its architecture seeks to transfer some aspects that the foundation has as its mission to develop before the local community, this is to promote an architecture based on the spatial and construction systems typical of the tradition of nitrate architecture of English origin. ​
In this way, through the same property, the Foundation is able to show itself as its philosophy, recognizing a current architecture, but which reincorporates the spatial and/or construction systems of the local heritage. ​
Inside, the Foundation's premises are divided into two areas, on the 2nd level the research is carried out, where we carry out the work before and after the territorial exploration trips, from the logistical aspects, and fundamentally the development of the records, which are materialized in books that come to light every two or three years, and in the 3rd level the architectural design is developed, where the work system is fundamentally the working models, where they appear and give shape to the recognition of the spatial and/or construction systems of local tradition, which we seek to reveal in all the projects that we develop in our foundation, as well as all the work of the Valorization and heritage restoration projects.
